​Bluecorn Consulting is a Native American-owned firm born from over two decades of hands-on experience navigating the transportation sector. As a public sector veteran and an IT-educated strategist, I bridge the gap between complex data systems and the real-world infrastructure needs of Tribal communities. We provide the strategic project management, regulatory oversight, and relationship-building required to bring complex initiatives across the finish line. Our services are built to empower Tribal governments, guide public agencies, and help industry partners collaborate with integrity.

• Federal-Level Stewardship: I have led national oversight of the Tribal Transportation Program (TTP), served as the final approval authority for TTIPs, and managed operations on a special detail assignment for the USDOT Office of Tribal Government Affairs.
• Structured Innovation: Combining my IT background with policy mastery, I have designed award-winning training programs, steered NEPA/Section 106 compliance, and built data dashboards that streamline cross-agency cooperation.
• National Industry Influence: As the former Chair and current Member of the National Academies TRB Committee on Native Americans and Tribal Lands, I actively help shape the future of Tribal infrastructure policy and research.

Established in 2018

Corn, a staple in Diné culture, comes in many varieties. White corn often serves ceremonial roles, whereas blue corn—created by treating white corn with juniper tree ash—is a versatile everyday food. This "blue corn mush" can be prepared as a soup, dumpling, or pancake. The firm's name was chosen to honor blue corn mush's adaptability and broad usefulness.
